The Package Myth: When Blokes Obsess Over Hardware – Part 4 – Team Operations.

What makes this contraption work? Well, the Operations Team, of course.
The Operations Team live a pretty simple, relaxed life for the majority of the time—until they're called to the shop floor by Management, after which it's all hands on deck and a flurry of activity.
Once there's a green light for 'GO' and the prospect of intercourse, a number of things happen quasi-simultaneously that end with an erect penis and a package of semen ready to travel through it to its destination.
Management—not surprising for those working in an actual bricks-and-mortar office—is fickle and inconsistent. But when it does get its act together, it pushes the 'sexual response received' alarm bell with gusto.
Immediately, Ops Team Blood activates the pumps and pushes blood (that up till then was circulating around minding its own business) to specific areas of the body, causing dilation of blood vessels. These areas swell with blood, increasing sensitivity of lips, earlobes, breasts, and—clearly—the penis. The influx of blood fills the sponges (see previous post), and an ingenious system of 'levers' ensures not much of it goes back into the circulatory system. Like water filling a balloon, the blood fills the spongy tissue until the outer tissue cannot stretch any further, and there you have it… an erect, hard penis.
Now, how erect is erect? Well, actually… it varies. Upwards, downwards, sideways, straight out, bent at the tip—it really doesn't matter. Neither Ops nor Management are fussy, and as long as the penis owner doesn't feel any discomfort, anything goes.
With age, even the perkiest of penises will usually tend to point downwards and, as long as there isn't any pain, it's perfectly normal.
In fact, in most cases, if what the penis owner does with it provides pleasure and enjoyment, then it's wonderfully normal.
The same is true for hardness. Penises can be more or less firm and, even here, age usually has an influence.
Does it matter? Once again, no—because the capacity for pleasure and enjoyment isn't linked to the degree of firmness, and the sensitive areas of the penis and adjacent regions remain sensitive, hard, soft, and anything in between.
So now that we have an erect penis, what do we do with it? Lots of fun and pleasurable things, one of which is ejaculation. Call in Team Ops Sperm…
